About
A clear picture of the work, before any claim of a company.
Pellham exists as an independent project preview. Lawyers already lose time jumping from a summary back to the page that supports it. The site shows a workspace where research, contract review, a case chronology, and a draft keep that page in view.
The product story uses one fictional dispute, the Harborline lease, so a visitor can see the same names on every screen. Those names are not clients. The clause text is sample language for layout, not a statement of law.
How the preview is meant to behave
- Show the page, not only a label such as “risk” or “relevant.”
- Use short sentences a first-time visitor can follow.
- Say what is real on this site, and what is only a drawing of a product.
- Leave the decision with a person. Software here does not practice law.
What is not claimed
There is no founding date, funding round, office, or customer count behind this site, because none was supplied. Pellham is not a law firm, not certified counsel, and not affiliated with any other legal software company. The demo forms do not create accounts.
