Software for legal work. Not a law firm, and not legal advice. Why this exists

Product

One matter, four kinds of work.

Pellham is a preview of a workspace for legal research, contracts, case reading, and drafting. You bring documents. The screen keeps the source next to the sentence. These pictures use one made-up lease so the layout is easy to follow.

Research

Ask a question about documents already in the matter. The preview writes a short answer and lists the pages it used.

Contracts

Read clauses against notes you supply. Each row names the clause, a mark, and the words on the page.

Case files

Lay letters, invoices, and memos on one dated list so a meeting starts from the order of events.

Drafts

Begin a letter with the cited passage highlighted. A person edits it. The preview does not send it.
